Captain Himanshu has an unparalleled approach towards resolving marine claims with both precise efficiency and dedicated speed. He is one of the few people I have met who can work so well under so much pressure. If this master mariner cannot do it, then no one can. It was a pleasure working with him and I recommend him to handle the claims of any insurer.

Silver Nitrate Test - Marine Cargo Survey

Is silver nitrate test enough to confirm sea water contamination? The answer is NO.

We performed the silver nitrate test during a joint survey.

Water ingress was very much evident in one container. Silver nitrate test indicated positive saline reaction.

The samples for the packaging material and cargo (Food Grade) were drawn for the lab analysis

The lab analysis revealed Salinity in packaging: 374ppm Salinity in cargo: 74 ppm

Note: Only If the chloride level is more than 500 ppm, it will be considered as sea water. If it is less than 500 ppm, it will be considered as fresh or rain water.

Rescued 4 Chinese fishermen in South China Sea

"We have always been taught and read everywhere about the safety of life at sea, but to contribute and be a part of it was an unique experience. It is a duty, professionalism on every seafarer's part and his commitment for their fraternity, which makes a difference for the people out at sea and for their loved ones waiting eagerly ashore for them to return safely."
